Together, we’ll prepare and enjoy a seasonally appropriate and delicious meal using the principles of Ayurveda. More than just a cooking class, you’ll gain an understanding the health properties of food and for whom (Ayurvedic body types) and when (seasonal) certain foods are most beneficial in addition to learning how to cook and eat for optimal digestion.
Our Mindful mornings blend yoga and Ayurvedic principles in a way that is accessible to everyone, whether you are brand new to the practice or an experienced practitioner. Morning is the perfect time to set a solid foundation for the day ahead and intention setting. Our 90 minutes together will include discussion, meditation, purposeful movement and space for you to relax into yourself.
