Our Story

The dream of farmtrue began as an adventure of health and healing. Kim and Lynn crossed paths on their journeys of wanting to eat better, sleep better, feel better, and live better. The strong desire to reconnect with nature and live a more healthy and meaningful life led them both to seek a deeper understanding of the root cause of disease, and to promote wellness in all areas of life.

There is a strong connection between our lifestyle choices and our health, and what we eat affects our overall health, body and mind. At farmtrue, there is a deep commitment to align people with food that is seasonally appropriate while connecting people to the source. Our farmtrue ghee is the gateway to healthy digestion…

We now have our own manufacturing and distribution center in the center of an agricultural town, providing education and opportunity in the community. As we grow farmtrue, we stay committed to sustainable sourcing and being mindful with everything we make. We hope that our story inspires yours. Here’s to your health.
