Farmtrue ships orders within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. Shipments do not go out on weekends or holidays. While promotions are being offered, there may be a delay due to a high volume of orders. Delays also might be incurred due to weather, the COVID-19 pandemic, or other factors that Farmtrue is not responsible for.
Both shipping and packaging costs have increased significantly over the past year and we understand that these increases are experienced by small businesses like ours as well as the consumers who purchase from us. The majority of orders that we receive exceed the flat rate shipping fee and we've been absorbing extra costs for some time now. We need to pass along some of that to our customers so we can stay in the business of making the best ghee available as well as your favorite Ayurvedic products. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at 860-495-2231 or firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
Farmtrue is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If you received your order with damaged merchandise, please contact our support team directly at 860-495-2231 or info@farmtrue to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim and be prepared to provide photographic evidence of damages.
There is no charge for local pick-up. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready. Our in-store pickup hours are 10 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

We handle returns on all items on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy with a satisfactory solution. Farmtrue will determine the validity of the return once the customer contacts our team within 48 hours of receiving the item. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and the customer must pay shipping fees associated with returning. Once merchandise has been returned to our facility and inspected, refunds can be given minus any shipping and handling fees associated with returning. Depending on the circumstances, the customer may be charged a restocking fee for any unopened products in their original condition.
