Lighten & Energize for Spring with Ayurveda
Seasonal Routines in Ayurveda aim to address one of the prime principles of the Ayurvedic system of medicine: prevention of the disease state. By observing the season in harmony with simple routines/regimens, regarding diet and behavior we can more easily acclimate to the new season and possibly prevent illness.
In this workshop, we will learn how to best transition from the prior season of Vata (Ether & Space) as we head into spring and the season of Kapha (Water & Earth). Learn some tips on how to eat a bit more in alignment with the Kapha season and lighten up after the deeper months of winter.
