Healthy Rice Pudding Recipe | Made With Golden Milk
  • 1 can full fat unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup basmati rice *use Jasmine for a creamier pudding texture
  • 1/2 cup shaved coconut
  • 1 tablespoon Farmtrue Grass-fed Traditional Ghee
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Farmtrue Superfuel Golden Turmeric Latte

1. Rinse and clean rice.

2. In a medium sauce pan add 1 can of coconut milk, Farmtrue Grass-fed Traditional Ghee, almond milk, rice and coconut.

3. Let boil, the reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Remove from burner, add additional almond milk if needed, and let sit for 10 minutes.

5. Remove lid, add Farmtrue Superfuel Latte, maple syrup, vanilla extract.

6. Add more almond milk if a creamier consistency is preferred.

7. Serve immediately and enjoy this time of year with caramelized pears or stewed apples.
