Ideally located 1 mile off I-95 at 81 Norwich Westerly Road in North Stonington, CT, we're looking forward to helping nourish the local community with healthy food options and being a resource for health and wellness tools to help you live, eat, and act with more care.

We've got something for everyone. In addition to the prepared foods we have, we also have healthy snacks in sweet and savory options as well as cold drinks to help keep you hydrated and refreshed (kombucha, nitro coffee, fresh pressed juices, sparkling options). We also carry a wide variety of wellness products like neti pots, digestive supporting teas, aromatherapy and meditation tools. Gift and lifestyle items are also available like locally made textiles, ceramics, and more. The entire Farmtrue family of products are also available for sale.
We are open for business Monday through Friday, 9am through 5pm.
*Holiday hours will begin on Monday, November 27th and will go through Friday, December 22nd. We'll be open until 5:30pm during that time period for local holiday shopping!
Yes! We currently only offer Farmtrue products for sale online (in addition to a few other Ayurvedic and wellness tools that are essential to an Ayurvedic lifestyle such as garshana gloves, neti pots, and tongue scrapers). You can place an order for those items on our website (shopfarmtrue.com) and choose "Local Pickup" at checkout. When your order is ready for pickup, we'll send you an email!

Our partnership with Yalla Organics brings Mediterranean inspired prepared foods to the community. We currently offer their full line of hummuses, tahinis, falafel, kibbeh, gluten free sweets, fresh cold-pressed juices, pita, and so much more. We're adding more foods every week, so check in often for updates to our offerings.

Set in the midst of North Stonington's countryside, we have built our own little sanctuary for creating healing Ayurvedic products and bringing a community of wellness seekers together.

OUR GARDEN?
One of our desires when starting Farmtrue was to stay as connected to the land as possible. Our connection to nature is what brings us closer to ourselves. We are so thrilled to have been able to start growing many herbs and flowers such as Gotu Kola, Lemon balm, Holy basil and lavender. From our soil to your home, we are honored to grow and nurture these plants.

Our products are made by people instead of machines using simple methods such as stove top cooked, sifting, and blending. We hand pour and hand label every product which allows us to monitor the process closely to ensure that the products you order have been truly cared for.
